Claude Certified Architect & Fullstack Engineer
I design and build production-grade applications with Claude — multi-agent orchestration, tool & MCP design, and the Claude Agent SDK — backed by 4+ years shipping fullstack fintech systems on Java, Spring Boot, React and Next.js.
Profile
I'm a fullstack engineer with 4+ years building and shipping production systems, currently in fintech at EvoGroup.ai — backend on Java and Spring Boot, frontend on React, Next.js and TypeScript.
In 2026 I earned the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations credential from Anthropic, formalizing where my focus now lives: designing reliable, production-grade AI systems around Claude.
Expertise
Production-grade Claude applications: multi-agent orchestration, tool & MCP design, the Claude Agent SDK, Claude Code configuration, context management and structured output.
Reliable services for fintech on Java and Spring Boot — clean APIs, solid data flows and integrations built to run in production.
Fast, polished interfaces on React, Next.js and TypeScript — precise layout, solid state management and real attention to detail.
Process
The credential proves the skills — the process shows how they are applied. From context to operations.
I start with context, not prompts: CLAUDE.md as the project contract, docs-as-context, persistent memory for long-lived facts. An agent is only as good as its context.
I design the topology: single agent vs orchestration, which tools exist, where MCP server boundaries sit. Tool interface contracts come before code.
Reliability is designed in: structured-output schemas, permission modes, the prompt-injection surface, evals for the critical paths.
I build with Claude Code: subagent workflows, hooks as quality gates, review agents in CI. This site was built exactly this way — the repo is open.
After launch: tracing agent runs, cost and latency budgets, regression evals when models or prompts change.

Selected work
End-to-end digital banking platform for SME clients: an embedded HR system, web & mobile personal cabinets, a Spring Cloud microservice backbone (API gateway, auth, service discovery), and government-integrated fiscal services for e-invoices, e-waybills, OTP e-signature and tax filing.
A suite of fintech/govtech microservices and a universal enterprise personal cabinet for Kyrgyzstan's fiscal system: electronic invoices, transport waybills, tax declaration filing, entrepreneur registration via the Tunduk X-Road, and centralized monitoring.
Full-stack sales-management platform for a fuel-station network: monthly targets decomposed into daily station plans, real-time sales analytics over WebSocket, and a dedicated read-only 1C accounting integration service.
Internal engineering-analytics platform: ingests GitHub activity to surface the four DORA metrics, manager dashboards (bus factor, workload, bottlenecks), and Claude-powered automated code reviews with 0–100 quality scoring and weekly reports.
An enterprise resource-planning platform I initiated and am architecting: a Java/Spring microservice backend, a TypeScript web client and a native desktop app (Tauri/Rust), delivered in phased sprints.
A Claude-powered Telegram bot that lets internal teams query and manage CRM project data conversationally, running an agentic tool-use loop backed by a Playwright scraper with circuit-breaker and timeout resilience.
Spring Boot infrastructure-monitoring platform: a real-time WebSocket dashboard, Proxmox/iLO/Docker health checks, camera streaming, Telegram alerting, and a full on-call duty-roster subsystem.
A bilingual (KG/RU) agriculture platform: a catalog of farm products with detail pages, an agri-news section, an about page and a feedback form — a React/MUI SPA with animated page transitions and image galleries.
A premium corporate marketing site built as an Astro static site with React islands, 3D WebGL product visuals (Three.js / R3F), GSAP scroll animation, an image-optimization pipeline, and a hardened contact endpoint.
A complete e-learning platform owned end-to-end: course catalog, modules and lessons with rich-text and video, tests, certificates and reviews, plus an admin panel — a React/Redux-saga SPA on a Node/Express + MongoDB backend with social OAuth login.
A Zoom-style video-conferencing web app with scheduled and instant meetings, personal rooms, recordings and authentication, built on the Next.js App Router with the Stream video SDK and Clerk auth.
A car-import and customs platform with real-time bidding — users track vehicle sourcing, live auctions and customs clearance through an interactive full-stack web application.
An electronic school journal (online grade book) for a private school — a web application for managing classes, students, grades and schedules.
A job-search backend service on Java/Spring Boot with Elasticsearch and a hexagonal architecture.
A single-page marketing site for a construction company with GSAP scroll animations and a contact form relaying leads to Telegram through a hardened serverless Cloudflare Worker (rate limiting, CORS lock, CSP/HSTS).
Recommendations
Working together, I can confidently recommend Amankeldi as a proactive and hardworking developer. He made a significant frontend contribution and integrated complex features that were key to the final product. He has deep knowledge of Next.js and state managers, a strong command of TypeScript project setup — and he delivers layout fast and cleanly.
I'm glad to recommend Amankeldi for a Frontend Developer role. Working with him at Oracle Digital, I saw real professionalism and exceptional skill. His attention to detail and sense of responsibility markedly improved our applications' functionality and performance — and he's an excellent team player who lifts everyone around him.
